Slovak Paradise is one of the most beautiful national parks in Slovakia. It is located in eastern Slovakia, in the Spiš region, and is famous for its unique natural beauty, canyons, gorges, waterfalls and ladders, which attract tourists from all over the world. It was declared a national park in 1988 and covers an area of approximately 197 km².

Among the most famous tourist routes is Suchá Belá, one of the most visited gorges, known for its narrow gorges, wooden bridges, chains and metal ladders leading past waterfalls. Other popular places include Prielom Hornádu, Kláštorisko – with the ruins of a Carthusian monastery – or Tomášovský výhľad, offering a stunning view of the Hornád valley and the High Tatras.

Slovak Paradise is also significant in terms of biodiversity – many protected plants grow here and many species of animals live here, including bears, lynxes and eagles. Thanks to its unique nature and adventurous routes, Slovak Paradise is an ideal place for nature, hiking and adrenaline lovers.
